On Saturday, April 7th our church is going to be wrapping up the Real Jesus campaign by serving local schools in our city. VC Twenty will be cleaning, landscaping and serving the teachers at Northland High School from 10am-2pm. We need ALL HANDS ON DECK that Saturday, so please plan on serving together with your Small Groups and invite any other young adults you know to lend a hand. You can sign up here or after any weekend service!
We’re excited to host our church’s Good Friday service this year! It’s going to be very different that your typical worship experience. We’re going to spend the night journeying through the book of Luke as he records Jesus’ final days leading up to his death. Xavier Smith has written an original Spoken Word set to tell the story, along with other creative elements. We’d love to worship with you that night!
There's also an opportunity to serve on our hospitality team that evening, so if you’d like to serve in that way but haven’t already signed up, shoot Casey Knight and email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This Sunday, March 11th from 6pm-8pm we'll be hanging out at Lang-Grant Brewery in Franklinton for the March Madness Bracket reveal. Even if you don't like basketball, bring a friend and come hang! There will be food trucks on site and you can grab a drink (if you're of age, of course). Seriously, don’t let not liking basketball stop you. This is really just an excuse to hang out!
Regardless of your relationship status, God has purpose for where you’re at right now. Join us for our All-Campus Gathering for a series of talks entitled, “Relationship Goals: God’s Goals for Singleness, Dating and Marriage”.
We’ll also have a Small Group Showcase after the gathering where you’ll have a chance to meet all of our Small Group leaders and get connected to a group near you! We believe life is better together. We want to help you get connected with other young adults who are learning to navigate life and follow Jesus. We’ll have giveaways, live music and free food! We hope to see you there!
